Some days before Father's Day, US President Teddy Jay makes an unprecedented address to the nation. And five months ago, he colluded with depression and voluntarily turned over the White House to Vice-President Thomas Garland, who has since conducted the administration's fortunes with vigour and confidence. But now Teddy Jay announces that he is fit to resume office. Within twenty-four hours America will be embroiled in a monumental constitutional crisis.
